Schaw Building Ltd has recently completed our new home architecturally designed by Simon Clarkson. Whilst it has taken 12 months to build it has been completed to the highest standards and Marcus and his team were very particular about attention to detail.
Marcus was never phased by any changes or alterations to finishing. His & Sarah's willingness to consult over any matter was so helpful.
Marcus and Sarah won our building contract due to their thorough and full disclosure of all costs which were very competitive. What is more, they kept to their contract price with no additional costs unless requested.
One year previous, Schaw Building came to our rescue at short notice to replace three bays of our hyspan implement shed which had been crushed by a large macrocarpa tree. This was finished in a timely manner by their very able and pleasant staff.
We will have no hesitation in employing Schaw Building again for any work we require in the future.

Marcus and his team have built our house at 251 Farm Road and the result has surpassed our expectations.
The attention to detail is critical, they have aimed to please us in all areas. The standard of their workmanship is excellent.
Marcus handles the authorities with professionalism thus we have had no delays. He asks for advice when in doubt. His team is very particular at following the plans very carefully. They all have an accommodating relationship with the sub-contractors.
The building site has been kept very tidy. The boys keep to their allocated times for breaks.
