Schaw Building Ltd has recently completed our new home architecturally designed by Simon Clarkson. Whilst it has taken 12 months to build it has been completed to the highest standards and Marcus and his team were very particular about attention to detail.
Marcus was never phased by any changes or alterations to finishing. His & Sarah's willingness to consult over any matter was so helpful.
Marcus and Sarah won our building contract due to their thorough and full disclosure of all costs which were very competitive. What is more, they kept to their contract price with no additional costs unless requested.
One year previous, Schaw Building came to our rescue at short notice to replace three bays of our hyspan implement shed which had been crushed by a large macrocarpa tree. This was finished in a timely manner by their very able and pleasant staff.
We will have no hesitation in employing Schaw Building again for any work we require in the future.

When searching for a company to build our new home, we did not second guess any decision when we came across Schaw Building. Right from the start they were transparent, great to work with and responsive. Sarah was on hand to answer any questions and also played a huge role in helping us select aspects of the house when we needed guidance. We valued Sarah’s opinion so much as we had never built before. All work was done to a very high standard and if any delays happened, they were quick to come up with a plan that didn’t affect the end date completion. Overall we were utterly satisfied with everything that Schaw Building provided to build our dream home!
